More information is coming out about the St. Gabriel Police Officer that was fatally stabbed in his home. According to police records, the suspect, 25-year-old Warren Mitchell the Third knew captain Devin Boutte (Boo-tay), because Boutte supplied him with drugs to sell for his personal use.
