LSU football has hired a familiar name to be their new defensive line coach. Kyle Williams was an all-american defensive tackle for the Tigers in 2005 and he was on the 2003 national championship team. Most recently he was the defensive coordinator at Ruston High School.

And after leading Cecilia to a state championship in football last December, Dennis Skains is leaving as head coach of the Bulldogs to be an assistant at East Ascension.
