Sad story out of St. Bernard Parish as a six-year-old child is dead from a fatal hit and run crash. St. Bernard Parish Sheriff deputies have arrested 41-year-old Napoleon Espino. He’s accused of hitting Deaunta White as he was crossing the street in Chalmette. Authorities say Espino kept going after hitting White.
