A federal judge is sanctioning LSU for failing to preserve evidence in the ongoing lawsuit against the university where several former students say the school mishandled cases of sexual misconduct and assault. The cellphones of former tennis coaches were wiped clean and the judge is ordering LSU to pay fees.
500 grants of up to 10-thousand dollars were accounted for in just over two minutes yesterday when the Louisiana Department of Insurance made available grants that Citizens homeowners can use to fortify their roofs. Insurance Commissioner Jim Donelon says they plan to give out three-thousand grants by the end of the year…
