Louisiana’s Death Row is gaining another inmate. A jury has sentenced convicted child killer Brian Horn to die for the 2010 death of 12-year-old Justin Bloxom of Stonewall. Prosecutors say Horn portrayed himself as a young girl to Justin and made arrangements to pick him up in a taxi cab. Horn was the driver of that cab and he left Bloxom’s body along U-S Highway 171 in DeSoto Parish.
