Governor John Bel Edwards’ office says there were only 27-thousand certified signatures from registered voters in Orleans Parish; far below the 45-thousand needed. Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey is bringing back its Greatest Show on Earth and its North America tour will begin at the Brookshire Grocery Arena in Bossier City September 29th to 31. The show halted a 146 year run in 2017 because of high operating costs and animal rights groups protesting. The show no longer has animals, but still promises spectacular acts.
