The Louisiana Department of Health confirms two winter weather-related deaths in Sabine and Rapides parishes. Coroners confirmed a 36 year old man and a 73 year old woman both died of hypothermia in separate instances. These are the first deaths related to the severe winter weather conditions that began last Sunday.
