Now that State Police have released new video that showed Kyren Lacy’s role in last December’s fatal crash in Thibodaux, does that change things? Legal analyst Franz Borghardt says based on the new video, he has no issue with how State Police investigated and charged Lacy, but believes proving he caused the crash beyond a reasonable doubt might have been difficult.
