In Caddo Parish, a Sheriff’s Deputy has been arrested, charged with battery against a dating partner. Sherriff Henry Whitehorn, Senior said 61 year old Earl Armstrong was taken into custody after Armstrong’s girlfriend provided video evidence of the incident. He was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center.
