The personal finance website, WalletHub, ranks Louisiana number one for bullying problems in public schools. The number of high school students involved in fights, cyberbullying and suicide attempts contributed to the high ranking. Louisiana Department of Education spokesperson Sydni Dunn says a recent law passed requires every school employee who comes in contact with a student to get trained on recognizing bullying behaviors…
