Saints Quarterback Drew Brees will undergo surgery this morning in Los Angeles on his throwing thumb. In a text message to media outlets, Brees said he’ll dedicate himself to the rehab process and get back as quickly as he can. A timetable on when Brees can return will be made once the surgery is concluded.
