Two young children from Arizona illegally taken by their parents from the Arizona Department of Child Safety were found on Interstate 20 in Bienville Parish. Authorities say their parents Melissa Joy Gladden and Jerry Jay Kirkley were also in the 2008 Dodge pickup and they are now in custody.
