Governor John Bel Edwards and one his Republican challengers, Ralph Abraham, appeared together for the first time at a forum hosted by the Public Affairs Research Council. Abraham criticized the governor for the latest census data that showed a declining population in Louisiana. Edwards says that’s why it’s important to invest more dollars into education…
