A five-year-old was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Claiborne Parish on Saturday afternoon in which impairment is suspected. State Police says 31-year-old Jordan Burton of Homer was traveling on Louisiana Highway 146 when he crossed the centerline and hit another vehicle. Investigators say the five-year-old who died was not properly restrained in the rear seat. Impairment on the part of the Burton is suspected.
