A substitute teacher at Port Barre High School has been arrested after she allegedly had sex with a student in a classroom while a pep rally was taking place. Cops say the student showed video of the alleged incident to other students. 25-year-old Constance Robertson of Washington is facing a Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile charge.
