Will the weather cooperate for Monday’s eclipse? Northwest Louisiana is set to get the best look with totality at 90 to 95-percent. But the National Weather Service in Shreveport says confidence is increasing for the threat of strong to severe thunderstorms late on Monday. The probability of cloudy skies for eclipse viewing continues to increase as well.
