Most of the state remains under a red flag warning, which means conditions are in place for wildfires to quickly spread. Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser ordered the evacuation of Bogue Chitto State Park in Washington Parish as a result of a wildfire three miles from the park. The 30 park guests were offered to relocate to nearby state parks.
