Interim Lafayette Police Chief Wayne Griffin is on administrative leave because he’s been accused of sexual harassment. Mayor-President Josh Guillory has called for an investigation and Major Monte Potier will lead the L-P-D until further notice. He’s the fifth police chief to serve during Guillory’s administration.
