The New Orleans Saints set foot back on the field at the Mercedes Benz Superdome last night to take on the Minnesota Vikings in their preseason opener. Bridgewater spoke in last night’s postgame press conference and says the game was a great learning experience.

Les Miles opened up about the end of his tenure at LSU and the “heartbreak” of not getting his dream job as coach of the Michigan Wolverines. The Mad Hatter spoke with ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit about his time in coaching, and mentioned that even as far back as his National Championship winning year in 2007. While he pinned for the job though, he did add that the 2007 game allowed him to score a big win with LSU over hated rival Ohio State.

A temporary 8000 seat ballpark will be constructed at the site where the 1989 classic sports flick was shot. That game is set to take place August 13, 2020 between the Yankees and the White Sox.
