Governor John Bel Edwards says Louisiana is in the third surge of the pandemic, but he doesn’t plan on implementing a stay-at-home order. But he says new restrictions are possible…

Baton Rouge Physician Chris Thomas urges citizens to take COVID seriously and follow mitigation measures. Thomas, an ICU physician at Our Lady of the Lakes hospital has not only been treating patients he contracted the virus as well. Thomas says after surges in the spring and summer we need to avoid a third.
