The Saints will have fans at Sunday night’s game against Green Bay, but it will not be a large number. 750 family members of players, coaches, and staff members will be allowed to watch the game in person. The team says having family members at the game will serve as a test run for when they have fans in attendance.

A short-handed 19th ranked Cajuns team will host Georgia Southern on Saturday in the home opener for U-L Lafayette. Several starters will miss the game because of COVID-19 and a school spokesperson says a total of 12 players were in COVID-19 protocol as of mid-week.
