LSU has admitted to NCAA rules violations and they are imposing penalties on its football program which include a reduction of eight scholarships over two years. And former LSU wide receiver Odell Beckham Junior has been banned from its facility for two years after handing out two-thousand dollars in cash to players on the field after the national title game.
