Linebacker Jacob Phillips has been practicing this week. He missed the Florida game becaus eof an injury.

ULM also has its injury issues. Receiver Xavier Brown will miss the rest of the season with a shoulder injury. Tight end Reagan Heddins is out indefinitely and senior Sloan Spiller is recovering from shoulder surgery. Coach Matt Viator also plans to start true freshman Jabari Johnson at safety this Saturday against Coastal Carolina because of injuries.

After a frustrating home loss to UAB, Louisiana Tech goes back on the road this Saturday to face the UTSA Roadrunners. The Bulldogs scored one touchdown against the Blazers and coach Skip Holtz says they’ll face another good defense in San Antonio…
