Louisiana Tech Head Football Coach Skip Holtz plans to pick a starting quarterback after the team’s scrimmage on Saturday. Aaron Allen, JD Head and graduate transfer Austin Kendall have all had a chance to work with the first-team offense. Holtz says they have three quarterbacks they could play with right now.
