LSU’s pitching plans are publicly unknown, but Trojans Coach Chris Curry has already announced right-hander Jackson Wells will start for them. Curry says Wells is coming off a complete game victory at the Ohio Valley Conference tournament….

LSU Shreveport made more history last night by improving to 58-and-0 on the season with a 14-to-4 run rule victory over Hope International in the semifinal round of the NAIA World Series. The 58 straight wins is the longest winning streak by any college baseball team in any division. The Pilots will now go after the NAIA national championship tonight and they’ll play Southeastern from Florida, who they run ruled on Wednesday.
The SEC spring meetings have concluded and there’s no consensus on a college football playoff format for 2026 and beyond and whether the league will move to a nine-game conference football schedule.
We do know that LSU’s first two home games of this season will be night time kick-offs. LSU’s home opener against Louisiana Tech on September sixth will kick off at 6:30 and the Tigers SEC opener on September 13th against Florida will also kick-off at 6:30.
