Coach Ed Orgeron says pass rusher K’Lavon Chaisson is very doubtful to play on Saturday. Chaisson has not practiced this week after suffering an injury in the win over Texas. Orgeron says to look for sophomore linebacker Damone Clark to get some time rushing the passer off the edge.
In other college football action on Saturday, the Ragin Cajuns host Texas Southern. Tulane takes on Missouri State at Yulman Stadium. Louisiana Tech is at Bowling Green. Southeastern Louisiana visits Ole Miss, Nicholls travels to Prairie View A-and-M, while McNeese hosts Alcorn State and Southern hosts NAIA school Edward Waters.
