Louisiana Tech had an excellent opportunity to improve to 2-and-1 in Conference USA, but the Bulldogs lost in overtime to New Mexico State 33 to 30 last night. Tech had a game-winning 27-yard field goal blocked in the final seconds of regulation. The win snapped a five-game losing streak for New Mexico state.

Former LSU defensive back Greg Brooks Junior is unable to talk or walk according to his attorneys and now he’s suiting, LSU and Our Lady of the Lake and the physician who performed surgery to remove a tumor from his brain.
