ULM men’s basketball continues to play well as they knocked off in-state rival U-L Lafayette 66 to 59 last night. The Warhawks limited the Cajuns to 4-of-22 from three point territory. ULM has won seven of its last ten.
Louisiana Tech held UTEP to 39-percent shooting from the field last night and defeated the Miners 65-59.
The second ranked LSU baseball team hit five home runs yesterday and easily defeated Northern Illinois ten to two. Michael Braswell, Paxton Kling, Tommy White and Josh Pearson each homered. Pearson homered twice. Gage Jump got the start and gave up one unearned run and Nate Ackenhausen got his second win of the season as he allowed one earned run over 3.2 innings…
