Former LSU Quarterback Joe Burrow threw for 481 yards and three touchdowns as the Bengals defeated the Falcons 35-17.

The Pelicans rallied back from a 17-point deficit in the fourth quarter last night but lost to Utah 122 to 121 in O-T for New Orleans first loss of the season. The Pels did not have Brandon Ingram or Zion Williamson at the end of the game. Ingram left in the first half because of a possible concussion and Williamson injured his hip. The Pelicans are at Dallas tomorrow.

Louisiana Tech football suffered a hard-fought loss on homecoming to Rice on Saturday as the Owls defeated the Bulldogs 42-41 in overtime.
