LSU men’s basketball coach Will Wade was hit with a technical foul last night and then the Tigers went on a 27-6 run to put out the Liberty Flames 74-56. La Tech topped Jarvis Christian 91-61 and eighth-ranked Baylor beat Nicholls 89-60.

The Pelicans led by 19 points in the second half, but the Washington Wizards made that lead disappear last night as New Orleans lost in the nation’s capital 105 to 100. The Pels only scored 42 points in the second half. Josh Hart and Nickeil Alexander-Walker combined to go 4 for 19 from the floor.
