Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff deputies are trying to determine what happened to a man found bludgeoned to the death and wrapped up in tarp on the side of Highway 51 between the Village of Tangipahoa and Fluker. The victim’s body was found Sunday morning and no suspects have been identified.
