The Edwards administration says over one-thousand new surveys have been submitted to the Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Program. These are 2016 flood victims who believe they have a chance at receiving federal grant money now that legislation has been approved that removes the Duplication of Benefits policy put in place by the federal government.
