Former St. Tammany Parish Sheriff Jack Strain is facing multiple sex crime charges from allegations that date back to the 1970s. St. Tammany D-A Warren Montgomery says the case involves four victims and Strain has been booked on charges of aggravated rape, aggravated incest, sexual battery and indecent behavior.
