The Food and Drug Administration has given full approval to Pfizer’s COVID vaccine. LSU Health Shreveport Infectious Disease Specialist Dr. John Vanchiere oversaw clinical trials of the Pfizer vaccine and says he’s excited and relieved the important milestone has been achieved.
