Today is the first Friday of the Lenten season, a day where many Catholics and others go searching for crawfish. LSU Ag Center Crawfish Specialist Mark Shirley says the supply has picked up a little bit, but production is still way off from previous years. He says if the supply does not pick up, more crawfishermen will stop harvesting for the year….
