Monroe Police are searching for 18-year-old Isszvian Webb who police chief Vic Zordan says fired an AR-15 style rifle at multiple officers after he was pulled over during a taffic stop on Sunday afternoon South Eighth street. Zordan calls Webb a danger to society.

Preston says Narcan is the antidote for most opiates and the main reason a person dies is that the opiate either puts them to sleep, suppresses their breathing, or stops their heart.
