Shreveport Mayor Adrian Perkins is running out of options to get his name on the ballot in November after providing incorrect information on his qualifying papers. A state appeals court rejected his appeal. LSU-Shreveport political science professor Jeff Sadow says Perkins’ lawyers argued it was just a clerical error, but the three appellate judges didn’t see it that way…:
