Baton Rouge authorities release a preliminary autopsy report on Nathan Millard, the Georgia businessman who went missing two weeks ago, and whose body was found wrapped in plastic and carpet Monday in a blighted part of town. At a press conference today, BRPD Captain Kevin Hines says at this time it doesn’t appear that he had any external injuries.

Governor John Bel Edwards officially endorsed retired DOTD Secretary, Shawn Wilson for Governor today. “LAPolitics.com” publisher, Jeremy Alford says, although Wilson’s announcement has come a bit late, he already has an edge in the race…:
