43-year-old Anthony Hughes is recovering after getting shot at a spirit event near Bossier High School’s football stadium last night. Hughes got into a fight in the parking lot and was involved in a car crash after being shot by 32-year-old Markus Kelly. Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office Lt.
