More than a week and a half after an ice storm ravaged northeast Louisiana, there are still hundreds without power. The storm had knocked out power to more than 45-thousand customers in Ouachita Parish. Monroe Mayor Friday Ellis says once the power is fully restored, they’ll begin talking with utility providers about a more resilient power grid.
