LSU Football Coach Ed Orgeron said today that Max Johnson will start again at quarterback this Saturday. Garrett Nussmeier took a majority of the snaps in Saturday’s loss to Arkansas and threw two interceptions and his average yards per attempt was just below six yards.
Orgeron is not happy with the play calling including an ill-timed decision to have Ty Davis Price line up at quarterback when LSU drove inside the red zone and the play resulted in a turnover when Davis couldn’t handle the snap

Brian Johnson missed two extra points and Deonte Harris fumbled the opening kick-off of the second half and the Titans scored a touchdown five plays later. New Orleans is now 5-and-4 and will visit the Eagles this Sunday. Philadelphia improved to 4-and-6 with a win over the Broncos.
The LSU men’s basketball team will host Liberty tonight at the PMAC. The Flames are a mid-major power out of the Atlantic Sun Conference.
