Louisiana natives L’Jarius Sneed and Clyde Edwards Helaire are two-time Super Bowl winners as they helped Kansas City win its second straight super bowl, beating the 49ers in overtime 25-22. Sneed had three tackles and a pass defensed, while Edwards-Helaire had one carry for zero yards.

The Ragin Cajuns open their season by hosting Wright State at Russo Park on Friday. Coach Matt Deggs announced today that Jack Martinez will be their opening day starter.
