The N-F-L will unveil its 2020 schedule on Thursday night. The Saints could have several prime-time games. There’s the home-and-home against Tom Brady and the Buccaneers. The Saints will also host the Chiefs and 49ers and they have road games at Philadelphia, Denver, and Las Vegas.
The Monroe News-Star is reporting Grambling State and Northwestern State have agreed to play each other in football on September 10th, 2022. The game between two north Louisiana schools will be played at Independence Stadium in Shreveport. It will be the sixth meeting on the gridiron between the two schools. Grambling leads the series three to two.
Former Virginia Tech safety Khalil Ladler has announced on Twitter that he’s transferring to Louisiana Tech. The Bulldogs need help in the secondary next season as they’ve lost both of their starting cornerbacks and safety L’Jarius Sneed, who was drafted by Kansas City. In four seasons at Va Tech, Ladler had 96 tackles but didn’t make a start last year.
