Heavy rainfall has led to road closures along Interstate 20 this morning. Aaron Davis, with the National Weather Service in Shreveport, says some areas saw 3.5 inches of rainfall as a result of a stalled frontal boundary that was pumped up with moisture thanks to winds out of the south.
