The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office arrests a 60-year-old man for allegedly tossing nails and screws on his neighbors’ driveway. Sheriff’s office spokesperson Glen Springfield says at least three homes in the Calhoun area reported having video surveillance of the possible suspect.
