FEMA will be awarding the City of Lake Charles an additional $4-million in federal grants to assist with needed repairs from Hurricane Laura in 2020. U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy says the funding was part of a larger $20.5 million hurricane relief package for Hurricane Ida relief.

 

Gary Chambers, who’s challenging Republican U.S. Senator John Kennedy’s re-election effort, says the Senator’s latest campaign ad has a racist message. In the 30-second ad, Kennedy discusses his support for tough-on-crime legislation and his opposition to defunding the police…:
