Former Baton Rouge cop Blane Salamoni is in hot water again, this time after a 2014 complaint was unearthed that alleges the officer misled EMS at the scene of a shooting. The complaint was filed by an EMS worker who says Salamoni delayed the team, telling them the victim of a shooting had died, while he was reportedly still writhing on the ground.
That’s Attorney Chris Stewart, who is representing the Alton Sterling family in a civil case against the city of Baton Rouge.

Corporal Jonathan Panks was reportedly driving back from his own bachelor party in Florida. Mississippi Highway Patrol says another driver on I-10 crossed the median and hit Panks head-on.
