President Joe Biden is pardoning 39 people today, among them, a 46-year-old New Orleans woman, who pled guilty to non-violent offenses she committed at age 23. Trynitha Fulton has since earned a master’s degree, worked in education, volunteered, and founded 2 non-profit organizations to help young people in her community.
