Former Governor Edwin Edwards is back home after a routine exam over the weekend at LSU Health-Shreveport. Edwards Biographer Leo Honeycutt says Edwards took a private jet on Saturday for a checkup and is back home now.
Honeycutt says Edwards was also given a COVID test because he was at a healthcare facility and tested negative.
