Entergy is reporting that 25-hundred customers still remain without power in Cameron and Calcasieu parishes, just under a month after Hurricane Laura devastated southwest Louisiana. Spokesperson Brandon Scardigli says those 25-hundred customers are scattered throughout the parishes and not in just one geographical area and they’re mostly homes that were severely damaged.
